Regular Visits

Although the first visit requires some time, the subsequent visits will vary in length and time.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

You will sign in, receive a routing card and start your care. The visits for each patient are different because everyone has a different plan. You will receive a chiropractic adjustment and some patients receive physical therapy modalities, rehab instruction, therapeutic exercises, traction or decompression. The visit can last from five to 25 minutes. We always try to respect your time.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the previous visit. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognize your time is valuable. So we do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.

Dr. Roche Asks some important questions of interest to Fairview Heights residents - Chiropractor Fairview Heights Dr. Roche Asks...

What is the purpose of pain?
Pain prompts many Fairview Heights folks to begin chiropractic care. But pain isn't the problem! Pain is just how your body alerts you that a limit has been reached (or exceeded), that something isn't working right and that some type of change is needed. As a chiropractor, my job is finding the underlying cause and recommending the changes needed to bring your body back into balance.
Can a chiropractor heal?
There's never been a case in which a doctor (chiropractor or otherwise) has formed scar tissue, mended a broken bone or cured a headache. Only you can do that. Turns out you're the doctor! All I do is help remove interferences to your body's healing ability. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
